Topsoil
Our monstrous mounds of dirt from the arena build have been moved to the back of the farm to help with grading. Although we miss the king of the hill pictures, we look forward to finishing grading and seeding around the arena.

Arena Build
Our absolutely incredible arena's first phase was completed in August of 2022. It was a huge undertaking and we thank Eleanor Miller, Nina Bonnie and Nana Lampton for their more than generous donations that made this a reality. What an amazing gift to our horse community.
Arena
Our new arena has had a fabulous winter and benefitted from seasoning through the freeze. Naomi Holcomb will be out to take a look and tell us when we are ready for TruTex footing! Penrod has us on their list for fencing the perimeter.
Wants and needs: $30,000 for TruTex footing, fence, drag, water truck, tractor
Stall Renovation
All of our 54 stalls have been renovated and have had interlocking mats and new limedust base installed. Thanks to an incredible anonymous donor for making this happen! This donation also helped us clean up around the round pens and remove the last of the old fencing. Wow!
Route 42 Fencing
The wire fence has been removed and new 4-board fence installed along Rte. 42 and painted black. We love the look and are so appreciative of all that gave in memory of Patricia Firor Lowry to make this happen!
Barn Renovation
The north and south barns have been renovated and painted, thanks to Angel and his paint crew! We love the gray and black sleek look!
Farm Renovation
We have removed 2,000 posts and 4,000 boards, cleared invasives, filled holes, taken out old trees, trimmed existing trees, torn out the old round pens and done a huge cleanup! Whew!
More Barn Renovation
The front barn is getting a new roof, facia and gutters as of Spring 2023. All barns will be re-sided with metal siding, new sliding stall windows with an overhang, new doors and gutters.
Wants and needs: We need YOU to help us by sponsoring a stall so we can transform these wonderful old barns and give them a facelift.
Office Renovation
The front barn office is in need of a facelift and some love. We will wait until the outside of all the structures is looking good before we move inside.
Water System
This is the LEAST fun of all of our projects as once it is put in, we forget how important it is. We need to run water lines to the north and south barns, and to future parking and camper hook-ups. This is projected to begin in May 2023.
